Signature Designs Kitchen Bath & Interiors (“Signature Designs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a kitchen, bath, and interior design firm based in Lone Tree, Colorado. Signature Designs provides design services and construction project management, and works with independent, licensed contractor partners for all construction and installation work.
Use of This Website
This website is provided for general information about our services, portfolio, and how to get in touch with us. You’re welcome to browse the site, request a discovery call, or schedule a consultation. Please don’t use the site in any way that could damage, disable, or interfere with it, or attempt to access it using methods other than the interface we provide.
Not a Substitute for a Signed Agreement
Information on this website, including anything about our services, process, or general pricing philosophy, is for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute a binding offer, quote, or contract. Any actual design or construction project is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both you and Signature Designs (and, where applicable, a separate agreement with your licensed contractor).
Design fees and cabinetry are invoiced directly by Signature Designs. Construction and installation labor is invoiced separately by our licensed contractor partners, who are independent businesses, not employees of Signature Designs.
Consultations and Scheduling
Discovery calls and in-home consultations may be scheduled through this website. Any fees associated with a consultation will be disclosed to you directly at the time of scheduling, not on this website.
Intellectual Property
All text, photos, graphics, and other content on this website belong to Signature Designs or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Portfolio and Project Photos
