Exterior and interior finish selections throughout, lighting and electrical, plumbing fixtures, cabinet, tile and countertop selections, as well as furniture arrangement and space planning are all part of the design package we offer. Our award-winning designers have extensive knowledge and experience to help lighten your load as you embark on your exciting project.
Our Custom Home packages are created per project. They include full design services from the initial stages through to the last book on the bookshelf. We create a tailored package for your project with a package design fee that is paid throughout the project. We work closely with the Architect in order to make sure the form of the home matches the function.

IN PERSON CONSULTATION
This is a fun, fast paced 90 minutes that gives you access to professional and customized design insight planning meeting for a larger project. We’ll take a walk through your home & discuss the areas that you would like to address. Following our meeting, a design proposal will be presented that details the scope of work and the design fees. If you have a smaller project, on the same day as your initial consultation, the on site consulting fee will apply towards the design package you choose during your appointment.

After acceptance of the design proposal we will take all of the information gathered at the In Person Consultation and begin to create your custom design. This will include sourcing items, creating design plans, mood board(s) and curating specific finishes and details that will bring new life to your space.

5 stars isn't enough to give to Bonnie! We all know construction can be a headache and Bonnie was the one calm factor through my season of chaos during construction. She took the design of my home from a B- to an A++++. What I love about Bonnie is her attention to detail and understanding what the client wants/ needs for their home to be their dream home. I was blown away after a meeting with Bonnie in that she was able to bring to a design to concept that I was struggling to verbalize and spent hours trying to figure out what was missing in it. She is incredibly responsive and friendly and never made me feel like I was being too needy with all my questions.
Bonnie communicated with my contractor changes that should be made that was overlooked by him and I would have been so disappointed if we finished construction and invested so much money to have a mediocre design and flow. Bonnie is worth every penny for your sanity and without a doubt will help you execute your DREAM design. Nicole Gire
