Centennial Mid-Century Modern: A Transformation Story
Our journey began with a client’s ambitious vision for their dream remodel. Initially working with another designer, they soon discovered, during a meeting with their selected builder, that crucial details were missing—leaving their dream in jeopardy. That’s when we stepped in, ready to turn their vision into a reality. We took on the challenge of expanding a mere three pages of sketches into a comprehensive suite of 25 pages filled with intricate drawings and detailed specifications. With our expertise, the home was finally primed for construction.
This remarkable project encompassed a complete transformation of the main floor, highlighting the removal of a load-bearing wall to create an open, airy space. We introduced new windows that flood the home with natural light, a state-of-the-art kitchen, and a spacious walk-in pantry. Every corner was meticulously crafted, showcasing top-notch finishes that embody the essence of mid-century modern design. Now, this home stands ready to welcome its owners with style, sophistication, and the seamless integration of form and function—an exquisite reflection of their dreams come to life.
