Our client started their project with dream remodel with another designer, upon meeting with their chosen builder, the builder enlighted them that they did not have enough information to build their desired remodel. We were brought into the project to take the project from 3 pages of drawings into 25 pages of detailed drawings and specifications. Now their home was ready to build. This project covered the entire main floor makeover, including removing a load bearing wall, new windows, new kitchen, walk in pantry and top notch finishes.
