Our client invited us into their full home remodel during the framing phase. This is not really ideal but we rose to the occasion and specified all the interior details and full interior detailing and layouts within 8 weeks. That is not a normal speed to get a project design completed but speed was completely necessary in this case. Typically it would take a min of 4 months of planning to execute a project like this

The clients desired that the interior of the home be glamours, black white and brass. A black and white palette is timeless and classic, with endless possibilities from subdued to statement-making. So we were definitely super excited to be apart of making such a beautiful home.

Make a statement with black and white, creating a stunning aesthetic. White is easy to clean and keeps your bathroom feeling fresh and bright. Black adds an element of sophistication and keeps the bathroom from feeling too cold and stark.

GUEST BATHROOM BEDROOM SUITE
We opted to use black tile for the floor and white marble like tile for the walls. Finish the bathroom with a white vanity and sink, as well as the shower area. The drama in this room comes from the green accent at the vanity wall paired with the round brass mirror and floral like wall sconces..
LAUNDRY ROOM
Crisp and Clean the laundry room is grounded with the dark floor yet we kept it light with grey white cabinetry. There is a lot of space to clean the family clothes in this large bold laundry room.
The powder room is part of phase II but we have the selections wrapped u[ leaving only the pendant lights open for discussion.

The kitchen is the heart of the home so it needs to bring the statement of the home into the space. Function and Flow but equally important are the finishes.
When you have the space and you can take advantage of giving your kids an amazing bathroom and bedroom we say why not. The materials were kept simple to reflect that this bathroom is for a young adult. A whimsical jungle wallcovering will be on the vanity wall to add some youthful personality.
Even thought the main theme of the home is black and white there was a desire to have a more neutral suite that has a male emphasis to the décor. It still blends with the chic black and white house but is grounded in a more neutral palette.
